Situated in the idyllic Wildeshauser Geest Nature Park and close to the Hanseatic city of Bremen, Famos Stud impresses with its extensive, park-like grounds and prestigious ensemble of buildings. It offers ideal conditions for keeping and training horses with its spacious and airy architecture, which is completely geared towards the needs of our horses. Here, the horse is at the centre - exactly what we have always been looking for - and now have found in Syke.

 

Starting next year, our exclusive Famos Stud will combine three areas of business: The training of exclusive dressage horses by Olympic champion and riding master Dorothee Schneider. The EU insemination station under the direction of Detlef Utecht van Dijk, which will work in close consultation with Dorothee. And thirdly, the promotion of one or two young riders, who will also be under the care of Dorothee Schneider.

 

Our benchmark is the highest quality. This determines all our actions. It is reflected in the extremely strict selection of our stallions and training horses, but also in their promotion solely in accordance with the principles of classical riding.
