For My Heart, wonderfully light-footed movement giant and heart-breaker to boot, will strengthen the stallion station at Maik Kanitzky's Famos Stud. The son of the two-time champion stallion For Romance I OLD made truly majestic appearances at the Oldenburg Stallion Days and attracted admiring glances on the very first day during the inspection on the triangle. During free running and on the lunge, the jet-black nobleman once again impressed the licensing commission and spectators alike and took his well-deserved lap of honour as the acclaimed second reserve champion. It is also worth taking a look at the pedigree of For My Heart, who was bred by Monika Quarz from the main premium dam Rosenherz and discovered in Vechta by Christoph Brüseke, employee of Gestüt Famos. He traces back to the proven performance line of Traudel, combines the finest Oldenburg and Hanoverian bloodlines and boasts the sire heroes For Romance I OLD, Floriscount, Rohdiamant, Lauries Crusador xx, Weltmeyer and the Bolero son Bogenschütze in direct line. His granddam is a half-sister to Grand Prix-placed Saphir de Hus (by Solero) under French rider Nadege Bourdon, to Van Gogh daughter Laguna, successful up to Inter II level with Anna Schölermann, to St. Georges winner Divine (by Don Romantic) with Swedish rider Irma Wickström in the saddle, and to three other advanced (S) level dressage horses. The dam line also produced the licensed Grand Prix stallion Raul, Finally Love, who is also successful in Grand Prix competitions under Gabriela and Katharina Stumpf/AUT, and Rayman Delux, who placed internationally in Inter I under Veronique Henschen/LUX.  At Gestüt Famos in Syke, Lower Saxony, near Bremen, For My Heart will be stable mate to Segantini FRH, twice placed in the top ten at the World Dressage Championships, and Elastic NRW, Vice-Bundeschampion and Westphalia champion. Both shine under the saddle of iconic trainer Dorothee Schneider. The two-time Olympic champion will move to Gestüt Famos at the beginning of next year and then devote herself to promoting the final ring premium stallion St. Noblé, the premium stallion Plus Horses Redemption, the second reserve licensing winner and short test reserve winner Excalibur, the youngster So Nice and the new addition For My Heart described above.
